Lighthouses reusable beeswax food wrap

Beeswax wraps are a fantastic eco-friendly alternative to cling film. Use the warmth of your hands to shape the wraps around your food. Ideal for wrapping sandwiches, snacks and leftovers (not suitable for hot or juicy foods). Wash with lukewarm soapy water and hang to dry. Each beeswax wrap should last between 6 months and a year depending on use and care. When they reach the end of their life, simply cut your beeswax wrap into pieces and add to a compost heap.

“I’m lucky to live by the beautiful North East coast which is lined with fabulous lighthouses. To research my latest design I travelled up and down the coast from Northumberland to County Durham to choose my favourite lighthouses. I drew all the lighthouses lightly in pencil and then went over the lines I was happy with using a fineliner. I decided to digitally colour the lighthouses as I wanted the print to be nice and bold. After many different configurations I was content with the layout of the design.”
