When will my order arrive?
It’s super exciting getting happy post so you don’t want to wait long to unwrap your goodies. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible but always within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once you receive your dispatch email and you’ve done a little happy dance/excited squeal/yay shout out, you’ll only have to wait a day or two for the postie to deliver your order. Everything is sent via Royal Mail First Class so should be with you super fast but please allow extra time during busy times. Don’t forget to take a snap of your order when it arrives and tag @drawnbyrhiannon on social media!
If I buy more than one item will I be overcharged for postage?
Nope! Nobody likes being overcharged so postage is automatically calculated at checkout based on how many items are in your basket. The base rate for UK postage is £2.50 and every additional item you want to treat yourself to will add just 25p to the postage cost.
Can I track my order?
If you like to see your parcel hopping from place to place on its way to you then you can choose to have your order sent via Tracked24. Just select this option at checkout and you’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
I live outside the UK, can I still order?
Usually yes, but at the moment things are a bit out of the ordinary. Whilst the pandemic is causing problems with international deliveries, orders to outside the UK have been suspended. If you live outside the UK and you really really want something, please get in touch to arrange a custom delivery (but please be aware that your package may get caught up and delayed in the system on its way to you).

What are the care instructions for Drawn by Rhiannon items?
We can all be mucky pups sometimes so it’s handy to know how to clean up your new items. All cotton items can be machine washed on low heat – at 30°c. You may want to wash the reusable cleaning items at a higher temperature if you’re worried about getting them super clean which is fine. Just be aware that the printed fabric may fade over time when it’s washed above 30°c. It’s best to hang the items out to dry as tumble drying them may cause them to shrink or fade. Returns will not be accepted after items have been washed.
If you’ve bought an apron or a wash bag it’s a different story. These beauties are made with water resistant fabric which means they can just be wiped clean! They might react strangely to hot water so don’t put them in the washing machine.
What is your returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, please email as soon as possible. Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and items must be returned in original condition within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
